- SS Powder Coating Booth — Made from stainless steel for a reason: it's naturally self-cleaning, which means faster color changes and less powder sitting around in the cycle. Recovery rates go up to 97%.
- Cyclone Type Booth — A workhorse for conventional paint shops. Uses a dynamically balanced impeller blower paired with single or multi-cyclone systems, recovering up to 96% of your powder while keeping exhaust clean.
- Conveyorised Powder Coating Booth — Designed for continuous lines where components keep moving. Available in dry or wet configurations and works well with robotic setups, cutting down on the manual handling your team would otherwise deal with.
- Cartridge Filter Booth — Popular for good reason. An automatic reverse pulse-jet system keeps the filters clean on its own, and you can recover up to 99% of the powder you've paid for. Filter life is noticeably longer too.
- Back-to-Back Booth with Manual Track — Built for longer, bulkier products like aluminium sections, MS pipes, almirahs, and e-rickshaws. The dual-cyclone setup lets operators coat from both sides at the same time — no repositioning, no fuss.
- Automatic Powder Coating Booth — For heavy-duty, 24-hour production. Comes integrated with automatic reciprocators, multi-gun setups, and electromagnetic pulse valves. Recycling efficiency hits 99.2%, which is about as good as it gets.
